This letter is to inform you the Edgar J. Racicot Inc. Funeral Home, 1400 Broadway Rd., Dracut, MA 01826 will cease operation as of June 22, 2026. All our Pre-arrangements are being held at Diaz Healy Funeral Home, 107 S. Broadway, Lawrence, MA 01843. The pre-arrangements have been transferred as per the state rule that they need to be maintained in a licensed funeral facility. I will be here to help you through this process. Your options are as follows.

1- You may have Diaz Healy Funeral Home hold said pre-need funeral contract along with all funds connected to that contract. This option requires you to reach out to the Diaz Healy Funeral Home and complete the required paperwork.

2- You may transfer said pre-need contract and all funds connected to that contract to another licensed funeral establishment of your choice. This option requires you to reach out to the funeral home of your choice and complete the required paperwork.

3- You may, if the contract is revocable, cancel the contract and receive a refund pursuant to 238 CMR 4.07(3). This option requires you to reach out to the Racicot Funeral Home and complete the required paperwork.
